요서지역으로 옮겨간 낙랑군의 추이

국문 초록

평양지역에 있던 낙랑군이 고구려에 의해 퇴출된 이후의 상황을 추적하였다. 낙랑군은 대릉하 하류인 랴오닝성 금주시 지역으로 옮겨가 설치되었다. 낙랑군은 전연, 후연시기 이 지역에 존재하다가 북연시기에 이르러 랴오닝성 조양시 지역으로 옮겨간 것으로 추정된다. 전연ㆍ후연ㆍ북연시기 행정군으로 존재한 낙랑군의 실체를 낙랑태수, 조선현령 등의 관직명을 통해 확인하였다. 북위시기인 462년경에 樂浪郡은 樂良郡으로 개명되었다. 낙랑군은 444년에 설치되었다가 정치적 상황으로 인하여 폐치되었고 이후 정광(520~525년)에 복치되었다. 낙랑군은 537년에 다시 설치되었는데, 이때는 허베이성 보정시 지역으로 옮겨져 설치되었다. 한편 낙랑군은 허베이성 천진시 지역에도 존재하였던 것으로 나타난다. 북위시기 행정군으로 존재한 낙랑군의 실체를 낙랑태수, 낙랑중정 등의 관직을 통해 확인하였다. 낙랑주민은 북연의 멸망직전에 대거 북위 영역으로 옮겨졌다. 대표적인 것이 허베이성 진황도시 지역이다. 이 지역에는 이주해 온 낙랑주민 등을 중심으로 하여 낙랑군 속현들이 만들어졌다. 하지만 행정구역상으로는 낙랑군소속이 아니라 다른 행정구역에 소속된 것으로 나타났다. 그러한 예로서, 북평군 조선현, 요서군 함자현, 낙랑수성이 있다. 그리고 천진시 지역에 연국낙랑 낙도현 등이 있다.

영문 초록

This article has attempted to trace the situations of Pyeongyang-based Lolang commandery after it was ousted by Koguryo from the Korean peninsula. The commandery eventually was relocated at what is now lower regions of Dalonghe in Jinzhou city of Liaoning province. Lolang commandery survived through the dynasties of former and later Yen, but believed to have moved again to Chaoyang city area in Liaoning province during Northern Yen era. The administrative details of the commandery throughout the three Yen dynasties were ascertained in this paper by investigating its government posts and aristocratic titles. During Northern Wei times, the commandery changed its name from Lolang to Loliang. Loliang commandery was established in 444, but discontinued due to political environments, and then reappeared circa-525, which by this period populated merely 1008 inhabitants. The name Lolang was reused in 537, and moved again to present-day Baoding city zone in Hebei province, shrinking to a village-sized population of 203. Meanwhile, Lolang commandery also appears to have existed in Beijing district as well. The Lolang locals seemed to have been largely taken from northern Yen to northern Wei just before the former’s downfall. The traces of these people could be found all over the Wei territory, namely in the area of Laorong prefecture in Liaoning province. In these regions, new prefectures belonging to Lolang commandery were made based on the relocated people. Prefectures of Joseon, Hamja, Soosung, and Nakdo were identified accordingly from the study.
