유아교사의 인권감수성이 유아 권리존중 실행과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 교사의 일반적 특성에 따라 유아교사 인권감수성 차이와 유아교사의 인권감수성이 유아권리존중 실행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 대구, 경북 지역의 유아교육기관에 근무하고 있는 유아교사 133명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 유아교사의 일반적 특성에 따라 유아 인권감수성 차이를 살펴보기 위해 t 검증과 일원배치분산분석을 실시하였으며, 유아교사의 인권감수성과 유아 권리존중 실행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 Pearson의 적률상관계수과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼여부에 따라 유아교사의 인권감수성에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 인권감수성과 유아 권리존중 실행 간에는 유의미한 정적상관이 있으며, 책임지각능력이 유아 권리존중 실행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to explore the differences in the implementation of young children’s rights and their effect on the performance of human rights sensitivity due to the general nature of teachers. To that end, 133 teachers from hosting educational institutions in Daegu, North Gyeongsang Province were selected for the study. The collected data used the SPSS 23 program, t verification and a one-way distribution analysis were conducted to look at differences in the implementation of human rights sensitivity depending on the general characteristics of young childhood teachers, and Pearson s coefficient of proper correlation was calculated to look at the relationship between the reduction of young childhood teachers human rights sensitivity and the execution of young children’s rights. The main findings are as follows. First, there were differences in the level of implementation of human rights sensitivity depending on marriage. Second, it was found that there is a significant static correlation between the acceptability of young childhood teachers and the implementation of young children’s rights.
