국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년 전기와 후기의 진로 위험행동을 분석하고, 위험요인 및 보호요인을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 위험요인은 위험행동에 영향을 주는 원인 변수이며, 보호요인은 진로 위험행동에 대한 위험요인의 부정적인 영향을 조절 또는 완충해 주는 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서 선정된 진로 위험행동은 중·고등학생 전기 청소년의 학업중단행동과 가정은둔행동, 후기(20~29세) 청소년의 취업포기행동과 결혼 및 희망포기행동이다. 이러한 진로 위험행동은 청소년기 뿐만 아니라 성인기의 건강과 사회경제적 측면에서의 손실 가능성을 높여준다. 선행연구에 근거한 위험요인은 낮은 자기 존중감, 불안정 애착, 낮은 사회적 지지 및 학업수행 등이며, 보호요인은 자아 정체감, 자기 효능감, 정서적 지지, 적극적 대처전략, 다양한 활동 경험 등이다. 이러한 요인은 추후 경험적 연구를 통해 검증되어질 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The goal of this study is to explore the risk factors and the protective factors of a career risk behavior of early and lately in adolescence. The risk factors have influence on risk behavior and the protective factors buffering a negative influence of risk factors on a career behavior. And a career risk behavior selected in this study are academic drop-out and ‘Hikikomori’ of early adolescents including middle and high school students, and an employment abandonment and a marriage and hope abandonment of lately including from 20 to 29 ages. These career risk behaviors means a high chance of loss on health and social-economic aspects in adolescence as well as adulthood. The risk factors explored by based the prior studies include a low self-esteem, unstable attachment, low social support, loss of academy, and the protective factors include a ego-identity, self efficacy, emotional support, a positive coping strategy, a variety of experience activities. These factors are necessary for investigate by a variety of causal studies.
