국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학생이 지각하는 진로스트레스와 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 2, 3학년 대학생들의 중심으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하고 결과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 연구대상자의 일반적 특성, 측정도구의 신뢰도, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석, 3단계회귀분석, sobel test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 대학생이 지각하는 진로스트레스 수준이 높을수록 진로준비행동 수준이 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 대학생이 지각하는 진로장벽 수준이 높을수록 진로준비행동 수준을 낮게 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생이 지각하는 진로스트레스와 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 진로탄력성의 부분 매개효과가 검증되었고 sobel test 결과에서도 매개효과의 유의성이 검증되었다. 대학생들의 진로탄력성이 진로준비행동에 매개변인으로 작용하고 있어 진로탄력성 증진을 위한 개입이 필요하다고 본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine if career resilience hsa mediating effects in correlation between university students’career stress and career barriers on their career preparation behavior in Kyunggi. PASW 22.0 was employed to conduct frequency, percentage, and reliability analysis. For each of the study questions, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, stepwise regression analysis, and sobel test were done. The findings of this study are as follows. First, career stress perceived by university students is found to have effects on their career preparation behavior. Second, career barriers perceived by university students is found to have effects on their career preparation behavior. Lastly, in correlation between psychological behavior, career barriers perceived by university students and their career preparation, career stress has mediating effects, and so does it in correlation between.
