국문 초록

본 논문은 라스트마일 배송의 중요성을 파악하고 도시내 라스트마일 배송 효율화를 위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 전자상거래와 홈쇼핑의 확대로 라스트마일의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 라스트마일 배송을 위하여 전자상거래업체와 유통업체 등이 다양한 기술을 접목하여 연구개발을 추진중이다. 전자상거래 업체와 물류유통업체는 다양한 라스트마일 배송서비스를 제공중이다. 정부와 지방자치단체도 도시내 라스트마일 배송 효율화를 위해 다양한 프로젝트를 추진하는 등 노력하고 있다. 향후 도시물류의 핵심적인 내용은 라스트마일 배송이며, 로봇, 드론, 자율주행차, 무인택배함 등이 널리 활용될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 스마트 시티와 밀접한 관련이 있는 라스트마일 배송의 효율화는 도시의 친환경화, 교통혼잡 완화, 도시물류체계 개선 등을 위해 중요한 과제이다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The main purpose of the study is to understand the importance of last mile delivery and to suggest reasonable measures for the efficiency of last mile delivery in the city. Research design, data, methodology : This paper examines the status and cases of last mile delivery of e-commerce and retailer firms, and probes into self-driving robots, drones, unmanned parcels lockers, etc. as technology related to last mile delivery. And I wanted to look at the policies related to last mile delivery at home and abroad countries and suggest ways to streamline last mile delivery in Korea. Results : It is necessary to seek ways to streamline the delivery of last mile in urban areas as demand for last mile in urban areas increases and traffic congestion and air pollution in urban areas increases due to the expansion of e-commerce and upgrading customer needs. The efficiency of last mile delivery is closely related to smart city and is closely related to the efficiency of urban logistics. Conclusions : First, restrictions are placed on city traffic and stops for large and old diesel vehicles. Second, set up a joint logistics center or fulfillment center outside the city, and expand infrastructure to make effective use of urban high-tech logistics complexes. Third, it will actively utilize ecofriendly transportation equipment such as electric vehicles, bicycles and tricycles. Fourth, unmanned parcels lockers are installed and operated in major buildings, apartment complexes, shopping malls, and subway stations.
