사극드라마 머리장신구의 색채와 이미지 연출에 관한 연구

국문 초록

2000년대 TV사극은 다양한 신분과 직업의 다변화로 ‘퓨전사극’이라는 장르가 등장하여 배우들의 이미지를 연출하는 머리모양, 장신구, 의상 등에 변화를 가져오게 되었다. 등장인물의 머리모양과 장신구는 시대적, 공간적 배경을 표현하고 있으며 드라마 극중 인물의 외적, 내적인 표현과 상호관계를 보여 줌으로써 단순한 미의 개념이 아닌 캐릭터를 창조하는 역할을 하고 있다. 연구결과 장옥정의 이미지를 살리기 위해 빨간색으로 열정과 순정, 주황색으로 기쁨, 노란색으로 질투, 초록색으로 생명, 파란색으로 희망과 신뢰, 보라색으로 귀한 사람을 상징화하였으며 어두운 분위기에서는 보라색 톤에 변화를 주어 불안과 초초를 상징화하였다. 이러한 스토리 전개에 따른 연상색과 상징성을 제시함으로써 단순한 헤어스타일 연출이 아니라 캐릭터를 창조하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 더 나아가 헤어와 분장, 의상분야가 함께 연구하여 더욱더 예술적이고 독창적인 분야로 발전시켜 TV방송드라마 제작에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

영문 초록

Entering the New Millennium, a genre of ‘fusion drama’ emerged in TV series due to the diversification of social status and occupations. As a result, there have been changes in actresses’ hairstyles, ornaments and costume. In particular, hairstyles and ornaments represent spatial and historical backgrounds. They are also used to reveal characters’ inner and outer expressions and their relationship, creating characters, not just an esthetic concept. The results found that to emphasize Jang Ok-jung s image, her passion and innocence were represented with red while her joy, jealousy and life were symbolized with orange, yellow and green colors respectively. Furthermore, hope & trust and valuable person were expressed with blue and purple colors each. In a dark mood, anxiety and nervousness were symbolized with changes in purple tone. This study attempted to give help in creating characters, not just in hairstyling by suggesting associative colors and their symbolic meaning in the development of the story. In addition, further studies on hair, makeup and costume would be helpful to the production of TV programs and series in a more esthetic and unique manner.
