국문 초록

본 연구는 방과 후 아동요리프로그램에 참여하고 있거나, 참여해본 경험이 있는 자를 대상으로 아동요리 프로그램의 교육서비스품질이 영역별교육 및 교육만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하는데 있다. 분석 결과 교육서비스 품질이 영역별교육에 미치는 요인은 과학적 영역에서는 신뢰성이, 수학적 영역에서는 공감성이, 언어적 영역에서는 공감성이 사회정서적ㆍ창의적 영역에서는 신뢰성이 식생활 영역에서는 공감성이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 영역별교육이 교육만족에 미치는 요인은 교육프로그램환경에서는 언어적 영역이, 교육강사환경에서도 언어적 영역이, 내부환경에서도 언어적 영역이, 외부교육환경에서는 수학적 영역이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교육서비스 품질이 교육만족에 미치는 요인은 교육프로그램환경에서는 유형성이, 교육강사환경에서는 유형성이, 내부교육환경에서도 유형성이, 외부교육환경에는 공감성이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the educational service quality of after-school child cooking programs on domain-specific education and educational satisfaction in those who were participating or had participated in after-school child cooking programs. The findings of the study were as follows: Regarding the influence of the factors of educational service quality on domain-specific education, reliability was most influential in the scientific domain, and empathy was most influential in the mathematical domain. Empathy also was most influential in the linguistic domain. Reliability was most influential in the socioemotional and creative domain, and empathy was most influential in the dietary life domain. As for the impact of domain-specific education on educational satisfaction, the linguistic domain exerted the largest influence on the environments of educational programs, and the linguistic domain had the biggest impact on the lecturer environments as well. The linguistic domain also exercised the greatest influence on the internal environments, and the mathematical domain had the largest impact on the external educational environments. Concerning the impact of the educational service quality factors on educational satisfaction, tangibility had the greatest impact on the environments of educational programs, and tangibility also exercised the biggest influence on the lecturer environments. Tangibility had the greatest impact on the internal educational environments as well, and empathy exerted the largest influence on the external educational environments.
