국문 초록

본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정의 적용에 따른 국가, 시ㆍ도, 학교 수준의 교육과정 거버넌스 실태를 분석하기 위하여 4개 권역의 교육청, 교육지원청, 학교를 방문하여 교육과정 총론, 교과 교육과정, 창의적 체험활동 교육과정 업무 담당자를 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 각 수준에 따른 교육과정 거버넌스의 책무성과 역할 실태와 각 수준이 하위 수준의 교육과정 거버넌스에 미치는 영향력으로 나누어 정리하여 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 교육 정책과 연계한 장기간의 교육과정 개정 기간, 교육과정 개발의 단계 간소화, 교육청 및 교육지원청에서 지역 사회와의 활발한 연계ㆍ협업, 교육과정 리더십과 구성원의 교육과정 전문성 신장, 학교 현장의 교육과정 전문성의 정도에 기반한 교육과정 규정의 대강화 또는 상세화 정도의 결정 등을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to analyze the actual condition of curriculum governance at the level of national, local, and school according to the application of the 2015 revised curriculum. For this purpose, the survey was conducted on the metropolitan and provincial offices of education, the district offices of education, and schools in four regions and interviewed about the general curriculum, subject curriculum, and creative experience activity curriculum personnel. And the results of the survey suggested into two divided sections, which are the accountability and the role of curriculum governance according to each level and the influence of each level on the curriculum governance of the lower level. Based on this, this study suggested the long-term revision period of curriculum linked to education policy, the simplification of curriculum development stage, the active linkage and collaboration with the local community and the metropolitan and provincial offices of education and the district offices of education, the development of curriculum leadership and the professionalism of the curriculum members, and the decision on the degree of detailing or slimming the curriculum regulations based on the degree of curriculum expertise in the school field.
