국문 초록

본 연구는 도시복합산업단지(Compact City Industrial Complex)의 특성을 갖는 형태의 서울디지털산업단지 내 입주자들을 대상으로 산업단지 주요시설의 만족도를 측정하여 도시복합산업단지의 특성화 요인에 대해 모색하는데 연구목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내외 선행연구와 사례를 검토한 후 입주자 만족도에 관한 개념을 규정하고, 산업단지 내 입주자 만족도의 세부요인에 대하여 고찰하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 서울디지털산업단지 내 주요기반시설, 생산지원시설, 공공지원시설, 후생복지시설, 주거시설에 대한 만족도를 분석한 결과 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 주거시설에 대한 만족도, 후생복지시설에 대한 만족도, 주요기반시설에 대한 만족도, 공공지원시설에 만족도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이중 주거시설에 대한 만족도가 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze specialization factors of compact city industrial complex through measuring satisfaction rate of major facilities in industrial areas for the residents within Seoul digital industrial complex which shows specific characters of compact city industrial complex. After examining preliminary studies and precedents, the general idea relevant to residents satisfaction rate was prescribed and questionnaire was conducted with consideration for the detailed factors regarding satisfaction rate of residents within industrial complex. After analyzing the satisfaction rate for major infrastructure, production support facilities, public support facilities, welfare facilities and housing facilities, it was inferred that satisfaction rates for housing facilities, welfare facilities, major infrastructure and public support facilities have effects on overall satisfaction rate. Among these factors, it was concluded that the satisfaction rate for housing facilities have the most significant effects.
