영문 초록

Korea is rapidly becoming the aging society in the world due to the rapid decrease of the birth rate and the extension of the life expectancy. In this situation, it is not the problem of a certain group or class but the problem that all generations should pay attention to. However, interest in preparing for retirement has increased, but it is a reality that there is a lack of practical preparation and measures for retirement. Meanwhile, as the low interest rate policy continued after the global financial crisis in 2008, interest in new investment products that can earn a little higher profit has been raised. This study is an analysis about the perception of the preparation for retirement and the preference of the preparation plan by age group. As a result of the analysis, most of the respondents think that national pension is unsuitable for the retirement funds and about 3,000,000won is needed for the retirement life. In the procurement method of funds for old age, it seemed that the middle aged preferred savings, personal pension, and income-producing property. Therefore, it is necessary to activate incentive policy for participation in private pensions and indirect investment in real estate such as Reits that can reduce personal investment risks.
