복직 미술교사의 수업 실패 경험과 자기반성 과정에 대한 자문화기술지

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미술교사의 수업 성찰을 위한 자기반성의 계기를 찾고 이를 통한 수업 성찰의 사례를 생생하게 기록하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 스스로가 자각하게 된 잦은 수업 실패의 지점을 찾게 되었으며 일정 기간의 휴직과 다른 학교 로의 복직이라는 환경적 변화 요인을 찾을 수 있었다. 낯선 환경에서의 수업은 크고 작은 실수로 이어졌고 혼란과 좌절 경험 속에서 필연적으로 자기반성의 시간을 갖게하였다. 본 연구는 연구자 개인의 특정시기 잦은 수업실패에 대한 인식으로부터 시작되었으며 연구자가 인식한 실패한 수업 사례를 자문화기술지 형식으로 서술하였다. 연구자는 다양한 인공 자료 및 기억자료를 통해 ʻ수업실패에 대한 자각ʼ, ʻ자기반성ʼ, ʻ수업극복ʼ의 내용으로 해석, 범주화 하였고 수업실패에 대한 자각을 ʻ문화적 적응 실패ʼ, ʻ교육적 소통 실패ʼ, ʻ물리적 이해 실패ʼ로 범주화 할 수 있었다. 이러한 수업 실패 범주에 속하는 다양한 수업 사례 기술을 통해 연구자는 자기반성의 계기를 찾을수 있었으며 수업성찰에 이르는 일련의 과정을 정리할 수 있었다. 더불어 교사 적응 문제와 미술교과 실천지식의 가치를 자기반성의 범주 안에서 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the opportunity of self-reflection for art teachersʼ reflection on class and to record the case of class reflection through this process vividly. To this end, the researcher found out the point of frequent class failures perceived by himself, and was able to identify the factors of environmental change such as a certain period of leave of absence and reinstatement at another school. Lessons in an unfamiliar environment led to large and small mistakes, and inevitably caused time for self-reflection in the experience of confusion and frustration. This study started from the researcher s personal perception of frequent class failures at a specific time and described the class failures perceived by the researcher in the form of autoethnography. The researcher interpreted and categorized the content as ʻperception of class failuresʼ, ʻself-reflectionʼ, and ʻovercoming the classʼ through various artificial data and memory data, and could classify the perception of class failures as ʻcultural adaptation failureʼ, ʻeducational communication failureʼ, and ʻphysical understanding failure. Through the various cases of teaching techniques belonging to the class failure category, the researcher was able to find the opportunity of self-reflection and to arrange a series of processes leading to the reflection on class. In addition, the problem of teacher adaptation problem and the value of knowledge in art subject practice was discussed within the scope of self-reflection.
