국문 초록

본 연구는 특급 호텔 종사자를 대상으로 한 직장 내 감정노동에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구 목적 달성을 위해 서울에 위치한 특급 호텔 종사자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종 429부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 표면행위와 내면행위는 감정부조화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 순수감정표현은 감정부조화에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 표면행위는 감정고갈에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을, 순수감정표현은 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 내면행위는 감정고갈에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 학문적·실무적 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of workplace emotional labor on emotional dissonance, and emotional exhaustion of employees in the deluxe hotel’s restaurants. In order to achieve the objectives, survey data was collected from employees who work in the deluxe hotel’s restaurants in Seoul. A total 429 data samples were used to test the hypotheses. The statistical tool used this study was the IBM statistical package SPSS (22.0). The result of the regression analysis indicated that surface acting and deep acting have a positive effect on emotional dissonance. And surface acting showed a positive effect on emotional exhaustion, and expression of naturally felt emotions had a negative effect on emotional exhaustion. Emotional dissonance resulted a positive effect on emotional exhaustion. Several theoretical and managerial implications and limitations were discussed.
