예비 보육교사와 현직 보육교사의 어린이집 CCTV 인식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 보육교사와 현직 보육교사의 어린이집 CCTV에 대한 인식에 대해 두 집단 간의 차이를 알아보고 어린이집 CCTV 활용을 위한 정책적 기초 자료를 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 예비 보육교사 58명, 현직 보육교사 148명을 대상으로 정현옥(2011)의 선행연구에서 사용한 어린이집 CCTV 운영 및 활용에 관한 설문을 본 연구의 대상과 목적에 맞게 수정·보완하여 사용하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 보육교사와 현직 보육교사의 어린이집 CCTV에 대 한 인식은 예비 보육교사가 현직 보육교사보다 CCTV 인식이 전체적으로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 변인별 CCTV에 대한 인식은 예비 보육교사와 현직 보육교사의 연령별 CCTV에 대한 인식에서 집단 간 차이가 나타났으며, 결혼 여부별 CCTV에 대한 인식에서 현직 보육교사의 집단간 차이가 나타났으며, 학력별 CCTV에 대한 인식에서 예비 보육교사의 집단 간 차이가 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to compare the degrees of preliminary child care teachers and incumbent child care teachers CCTV Perceptions, after that to provide basic data for the use of child care center CCTV. The study was conducted a survey of 58 preliminary child care teachers and 148 incumbent child care teachers, the questionnaires about the operation and use of CCTV of the daycare center used in the previous study of Jung Hyun-ok(2011) were revised and supplemented according to the purpose and purpose of this study. The results are as follows: First, the CCTV perceptions of preliminary child care teachers were higher than significanty CCTV perceptions of the incumbent child care teachers. Second, the perception of CCTV by individual variables showed a difference between the groups in the perception of CCTV by age group of preliminary child care teachers and incumbent child care teachers, there was a difference between the groups of incumbent child care teachers in the perception of CCTV by marriage status, there was a difference between the groups of preliminary child care teachers in the perception of CCTV by educational background.
