대상관계 미술치료가 암환자 가족 아동의 공격성과 대인관계 스트레스에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 Winnicott의 대상관계이론을 중심으로 한 미술치료 프로그램이 암 환자 가족을 둔 아동의 공격성과 대인관계 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 정도를 살펴보고자 하였으며, 9월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 주 1∼2회(회기소요시간 50분) 사전-사후검사를 포함하여 총 17회기를 진행하였다. 심리검사 도구는 공격성검사와 대인관계 스트레스 검사로 사전-사후 점수의 차이를 비교분석 하였고, 그림 진단검사로 KSD와 KFD를 사전-사후에 실시하여 질적 변화를 비교분석 하였다. 연구결 과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상관계 미술치료는 초기에 가정과 학교에서 보였던 아동의 공격적인 언행이 현저히 감소하여 공격성 감소에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대상관계 미술치료는 아동의 자기표상과 타인표상이 건강해지며 대인관계 스트레스의 감소에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 대상관계 미술치료가 암 환자 가족 아동의 공격성과 대인관계 스트레스 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인해볼 수 있었으며 향후 암 환자 가족의 역기능 적인 요소를 감소시키데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of art therapy based on the object relations theory of Winnicott on aggression and the interpersonal relationship stress of a child who is the one of family members of a cancer patient. The therapy program consisted of total 17 sessions which was conducted once or twice a week from September 1, 2017 through November 30, 2017, and involved a pre- and post-assessment session. For quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis, two questionnaires(aggression scale and interpersonal relationship stress scale) and two projective drawing tests(KSD and KFD) were administered. The results of this study were as follows: First, the art therapy had an effect on the decrease of the child’s aggression. Secondly, the art therapy could make the self and other representation of the child healthy and reduce the interpersonal relationship stress. Consequentially, it is possible to consider that the art therapy can exert influence on the decline in family dysfunction positively.
