한국어본 새 ‘로마 미사 경본’의 기여와 발전적 제언

국문 초록

제3표준판 로마 미사 경본 수정본(Missale Romanum, editio typica tertia emendata 2008)의 한국어본 번역이 교황청 경신성사성의 추인(recognitio)을 받아 2017년 대림 시기부터 사용되기 시작했다. 이 새 한국어본 로마 미사 경본은 통상문(Ordo Missae)에서도 일부분 수정되었다. 미사 통상문의 수정은 경신성사성의 요구, 한국어본의 전례적 의미, 원문의 충실성, 거행이라는 사목적 요구등에 의해 이뤄졌다. 제2차 바티칸 공의회가 모국어 사용을 허용하면서 이제 공동체와 개인이 전례 안에서 명료하게 이해되는 기도로 하느님을 만나고 그분의 가장 커다란 신비와 소통할 수 있기를 갈망하며 전례 개혁을 추진하였다. 그런 의미에서 공의회 이후에 출간된 모국어 로마 미사 경본은 모든 민족들에게 커다란 선물이고 하느님을 만나는 가장 효율적인 도구라고 표현해도 과하지 않을 것이다. 한국 교회의 많은 이들이 노력하여 제3표준판 로마 미사 경본을 우리말 로 출판하게 된 것은 매우 뜻깊은 일이며, 이로써 또 하나의 벽을 넘어 보다 충만한 전례 거행으로 나아갈 수 있다고 생각한다. 비록 한국어본 로마 미사 경본의 번역과 검토 과정, 승인과 추인 과정에서 한계와 아쉬움이 없는 것은 아니지만, 새 한국어 로마 미사 경본은 공의회의 전례 정신, 즉 회중의 충만한 전례참여를 위한 전례서를 간행의 첫 번째 원칙으로 삼았다. 교회는 하느님과의 일치를 통해서 그분의 완전성에 참여할 수 있다는 것을 언제나 최고의 가치로 제시해야 한다. 그리고 이 하느님과의 일치의 중심에는 전례, 성찬례가 있다. 전례,성찬례를 통해서 ‘해 뜨는 데서 해 지는 데까지’ 모든 곳에서 교회 구성원들이 충만한 그분과의 일치를 구현해 낼 수 있도록 교회는 끊임없이 노력해야 하기에 새 한국어본 로마 미사 경본의 출간은 이를 위한 진일보한 성취라고 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The 3rd edition of Roman Missal 2008 was translated into Korean. This new Korean edition came to use from 2017 Advent in Korea after the recognition from the Congregation of Divine and Sacrament in Vatican. This new Korean Roman Missal is modified some parts from the previous one. The modification was made by request from the Congregation of Divine and Sacrament, necessity of change the liturgical meaning in Korean, to be true and devoted translation of the original text and pastoral necessities. The Vatican Council II has permitted to use the native language. So, this liturgy amendment aimed to push ahead to meet God with more understandable prayer, to communicate with God s great mystery in the liturgy. In such a meaning, after the Vatican council II, Roman Missal published into the native language, which is the greatest present to worldwide people. Also, it is the most effective tool to meet God. It is meaningful to publish the 3rd Roman Missal edition into Korean with great efforts in Korean Church. From this, it can pass over another hindrance to move to liturgical inculturation. Although there were some inconveniences in the process of translation, limitation of approval and confirmation process. But the first principle was the spirit of the Vatican Council II Faithful s active participation in the liturgy manifested in new Korean Roman Missal. The Church should always propose the ultimate value that is to realize God s perfection through the unity with Him. In the center of this unity with God, there are liturgy and the Eucharist. Through the liturgy and the Eucharist, from sunrise to sunset , the Church endlessly make an effort let faithful to meet God. This new Korean Roman Missal publication is one step ahead to this purpose.
