프리텐션 거더교의 공정 시기에 따른 장기거동에 관한 연구

국문 초록

프리텐션 거더는 콘크리트의 크리프 및 건조수축, 긴장재의 이완에 따른 장기변형이 발생한다. 철도교량은 가설 이후 장기변형으로 인한 수직 변형이 교량 궤도에 틀림을 유발하여 열차의 주행 안전성 및 승차감에 영향을 줄 수 있기 때문에, 정확한 장기거동 예측이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수치해석을 통해 프리텐션 거더교의 시공 공정에 따른 하중재하 변수별 장기거동 발생 요인에 따른 거동 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 표준공정을 기준으로 텐던의 디텐션 시기, 거더 가설시기, 슬래브 타설시기, 그리고 2차 고정하중 재하시기를 변수로 하중별 재하시기에 따른 프리텐션 거더교의 장기거동을 분석하였다. 해석 결과 디텐션이 지연될수록 수직 방향으로 큰 솟음 변형이 발생하였고, 다른 공정 변수는 실행 시기가 지연될수록 더 작은 변형을 유발하는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

Pretension girders behave long-term deformation due to creep and shrinkage of concrete, relaxation of tendon, and loading phase times. Since railway bridges must secure safety and riding comfort stability of trains as well as the structural stability of the bridges itself, it is necessary to predict the exact long-term behavior precisely in order to minimize vertical level (profile) irregularity of the track after the girder and track construction. Therefore, in this study, the long-term behavior of pretension girder bridges for railway bridges was analyzed according to variable construction phase time. The long-term behavior of pretension girder bridges was analyzed according to a standard construction phase times; detensioning of prestress tendon, girder erection, slab placing, and secondary superimposed weight. As a result of the analysis, it was found that delaying detension time results a larger vertical camber displacement. For the other construction phase variables, delaying the phase results smaller cambers.
