국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 느린 학습자를 조기에 진단하기 위하여 CRA 기반 수감각 검사도구를 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 CRA 기반 수감각 검사도구 문항개발과 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증 두 부분으로 나누어 연구를 설계하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 문항을 개발한 후 전문가의 내용타당도 검증을 통하여 11요인(수인식, 수세기, 뛰어세기, 수량변별, 수의미, 빠진수넣기, 합성분해, 셈하기, 규칙, 어림, 측정), 143문항을 선정하였다. 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 위해 6~8세 아동 237명을 대상으로 수감각 검사를 실시하였다. 예비문항의 적절성을 알아보기 위해 하위영역 및 총점 간 상관계수를 산출한 결과, 모든 영역에서 유의미한 상관이 나타났으나, 측정에서 다소 낮은 상관관계가 나타났다. 신뢰도 검증을 위해 재검사 신뢰도를 산출한 결과, 측정과 어림을 제외한 모든 영역에서 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 예비척도의 구인 타당도 검증을 위해 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 하나의 성분이 산출되었으며 전체 설명변량은 61.35%로 다소 높게 나타났다. 공인 타당도 검증을 위해 본 검사도구와 수학성취도 검사 간 상관계수를 산출한 결과, 모든 영역에서 유의미한 상관이 나타났으나 규칙과 측정은 다소 낮은 상관관계가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 CRA 기반 수감각 검사도구는 전반적으로 신뢰도와 타당도가 양호함을 입증해준다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과에 대한 논의와 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a Number Sense Test based on CRA (concreterepresentational- abstract) for early screening of slow learners. This study consists of two parts. The first part is to develop items of the Number Sense Test based on CRA. The second part is to verify validity and reliability of the scale. The items collected from the previous studies reviewed to experts, and then 11 factors (number recognition, counting, skip counting, number identification, quantity discrimination, number meaning, missing number, number transformation, addition and subtraction, pattern, estimation, and measure) and 143 items were selected. To examine the reliability and validity of the test, 237 children (ages 6~8) were measured with the Number Sense Test based on CRA. The correlation coefficients between the sub-factors and the total score were calculated to examine the appropriateness of the preliminary items. There were significant correlations among all factors, but there were relatively low correlations between the measure and the other sub-factors. As a result of test-retest reliability, there were significant correlations among all factors except measure and estimation. As a result of the factor analysis that verifies the construct validity, one component was produced, and the total explanatory variable was slightly higher at 61.35%. The correlation coefficient between this test and the mathematics achievement test was calculated to verify concurrent validity; there were significant correlations among all factors, but relatively lower correlations between the pattern and the mathematics achievement test, between the measure and the mathematics achievement test. The results showed that the Number Sense Test based on CRA had appropriate reliability and validity. The results and limitations of the study were discussed.
