국문 초록

이 연구에서는 비디오 자기모델링을 이용한 상황이야기 중재와 문자카드를 이용한 비연속개별시행 중재가 자폐성 장애 아동의 사회적 의사소통 기술에 미치는 효과를 비교 연구하였다. 연구의 대상은 만5세-7세 사이의 자폐성 장애 아동 6명이며 실험설계는 사회적 의사소통 기술의 습득결함과 수행결함에 대한 두 중재간의 효과를 알아보기 위해 교대중재설계를 사용하였다. 연구결과, 사회적 의사소통 기술습득에 결함을 가진 대상아동들은 문자카드를 이용한 DTT 중재를 통해 더 빨리 기술을 습득하는 것으로 나타났으며 수행에 결함이 있는 대상아동들은 비디오 자기 모델링을 이용한 상황이야기 중재에서 비교적 높은 수행을 보였다. 또한 대상아동 모두 중재 종료 후에도 습득한 기술의 유지와 일반화를 보였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of social story intervention using video self-modeling and discrete trial teaching intervention using text cards on social communication skills of children with autism spectrum disorders. The subjects of the study were six boys with autism spectrum disorder between the ages of 5 and 7 years. This study used alternating treatments design with initial baseline phase , final best-treatments phase and maintenance and the frequency of greeting, requesting, percentage of the responses were estimated through the sessions. The results of this study were as follows: First, DTT using text cards was effective to acquire social communication skills for children with autism spectrum disorder with acquisition deficits and social story intervention using video self-modeling was effective to increase the social communication behavior for the children with performances deficits. Second, all subjects showed the maintenance effect of acquired skills after withdraw al of best effective intervention. Third, the effect of intervention was generalized during follow-up sessions.
