영문 초록

The most important periods of time connected with the life history of Koreans in Central Asia and Kaza.khstan are stated in the report “Tragic periods of life of Central Asian Koreans and the problems of modεrn times”. The peculiarities of each period out of eight ones emphasized by the author are also characterized there. The hardest tortures, the strikes of fate, kore-sarem deportations, labor army, ways of overcorning them and the ways of gaining Motherland on an alien land are revealed there on concrere examples. Also, it is reported about the problems of the contemporarγ life that led to the abrupt reduction of social and educarìonal status of Korean people; the necessity of making great financial contributions not only on the level of large scale giants (engineering, textile industry) but also on the level of other priority directions of educational and agricultural economy are based on facts; importance of appellations of Korean people not only to the national backgrounds but aIso to the world-wide values including history, culture of the native country and the contribution of the Republic of Korea to the spiritual regeneration of Kore-sarem are emphasized there.
