국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 수요, 공급, 환경분야 등 새로운 산업혁신정책 분류체계를 바탕으로 정책분야 및 정책영역을 도출하고, 해외 주요국의 정보보호 산업정책을 벤치마킹하여 국내 정보보호 산업정책 방향을 도출하고자 한다. 연구결과, 공급측면에서는 국내 정보보호 산업정책 방향은 공공영역에서 점차적으로 민간영역까지 확대하여 정보보호 산업 활성화가 필요하고, 수요측면에서는 내수중심에서 수출지원 중심으로 정책 지원이 시급함을 제시하고 있다. 마지막으로 환경측면에서의 국내 정보보호 산업정책 방향은 수출중심으로 드라이브 하기위해 창업활성화 노력이 선행되어야 하며, 국경이 없는 사이버 위협특성으로 국제협력에 대한 정책수단 개발이 시급함을 보여주고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of industry policy in the field of information security. New classification of industry innovation policy such as demand, supply, and environment frameworks was employed as a research method. The result of this study showed that the direction of information security industry policy should be gradually expanded to private sectors from public sectors to get its revitalization in the perspective of supply. In addition, Korean government should transfer to exportorientation from domestic demand－orientation in the perspective of demand. Finally, in the perspective of policy environment, start－ups should be revitalized in order to get more export－orientation. The development of policy means for international collaboration should be urgently created in order to cope with borderless cyber threats.
