제7차 초등국어과 교과서에 대한 비판과 대안

국문 초록

본 연구는 개정 7차 교육과정이 공포되고 새 교과서를 개정해야 하는 시점에서 7차 초등국어 교과서를 분석 평가하여 문제점과 대안을 제시해보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 크게 교과서 외적인 반영 양상, 7차 교과서의 단원 구성 내용과 방식, 그리고 수준별 교육과정의 교과서 구현 정도로 하여 세 가지로 검토 대상을 세분화하였다. 첫째, 교육과정 내용의 교과서 반영 양상을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 반영 위치에 따라서는 차시 목표에 반영시키거나 학습 활동 또는 표지에 직접 반영시킨 것이 대부분이었다. 반영 정도에 따라서는 교육과정 내용과 동일하게, 또는 변형시킨 경우도 있었지만 교과서에 미반영 시킨 경우도 7개나 있었다. 둘째, 7차 교과서의 단원 구성 내용과 방식에 대해 정리하여 기술하였다. 그 결과로 대단원 구성 체제의 문제점, 목표간 위계상 균형의 문제점, 학습 방법의 안내 제시, 글 제재의 수준과 위계의 적절성 문제 등이 제시되었다. 셋째, 수준별 교육과정의 교과서에의 구현 정도와 효과를 분석하였다. 여기에서는 교육과정과 단원의 목표와의 일치문제, 보충․심화 텍스트 난이도 기준 문제, 보충․심화학습의 시기 문제, 평가 주체와 방법의 문제 등이 언급되었고 대안점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to give problems and alternatives to analyze and evaluate 7th Korean language Textbook of Education in Elementary School at the time of announcing new curriculum and revising new textbooks. This greatly was classified with three domains such as external reflection aspect in textbooks. Unit organization content and formula of 7th textbooks, and textbooks implementation of differentiated curriculum. First, it deals with textbook reflection aspect of curriculum content. As a result, it show that curriculum was directly reflected in class object, learning activity or cover in most part on reflection location. At the area of reflection degree, it was reflected equally with curriculum content or transform but there are 7 case which was not reflected in textbooks. Second, it described arranged lesson organization content of 7th textbooks and method. As a result of that it also showed the problem of large unit organization system, problem of balance in rank between object, guide and presentation of learning strategy, level of writing theme and property problem of rank etc. Third, it analyzed realization degree and effect of textbooks in differentiated curriculum. It was referred equality between curriculum and object of unit, the text degree of difficulty in supplement and deepening, the period of learning in supplement and deppening, evaluation main body and method. After that it was showed the alternatives.
