공급사슬관리의 목표공유와 상호이익공유가 SCM 활동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향;

국문 초록

기업은 변화하는 시장의 요구에 대한 신속한 대응과 효율성 극대화를 위해 공급사슬관리를 통한 전체 공급망을 최적화시킨다. 거래비용이론에 따르면 기업은 거래에서 필연적으로 발생하는 거래비용을 최소화하고 거래에서의 제한된 합리성과 기회주의적 행동을 극복하기 위해 공급사슬 구성원간의 거래관계를 수직통합으로 내부화한다. 특히 전자와 자동차산업은 부품의 조달 및 연계산업이 많은 산업적 구조의 특성으로 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management: 이하 ʻSCMʼ) 활동과 선행요인으로 목표공유와 상호이익공유가 상대적으로 더 중요하다. 이러한 선행요인들이 SCM 활동 수준(협력과 프로세스 통합)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지와 SCM활동 수준이 경영성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지를 검정하였다. 연구 분석 결과 목표공유와 상호이익공유의 정도는 SCM활동 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 선행요인 중 상호이익공유의 정도는 프로세스 통합 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤지만 통계적으로 유의하지 못하였다. 한편 SCM활동 수준은 경영성과(재무적성과, 운영적성과)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러므로 기업은 공급사슬간의 목표공유와 상호이익의 선행 조건을 갖추고 SCM활동을 수행해야 하고 이를 통해 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있다는 점에 주목해야 한다.

영문 초록

The company optimizes the entire supply chain through supply chain management, in order to quickly respond to frequently changing market needs and maximize the efficiency. According to transaction costs theory, the enterprise internalizes a hierarchical structure among supply chains by integration in order to minimize the transaction costs to be inevitably occurred through the transaction, and overcome the limited rationality and opportunistic behavior. Particularly in the electronics and automotive industry, especially sharing goal and mutual benefit as an antecedent is relatively more critical on the activities of Supply Chain Management (SCM), because those industries have a unique characteristic of the industrial structure to be involved in many procurement and relative industries. The researcher intensively studied the above two industries, and the research was undertaken by verifying whether those antecedents positively influence SCM activities (cooperation and process integration) and SCM activities also positively influence on business performance. As a result, sharing goals and mutual benefit as antecedents presented the positive effect on SCM activities. However, the mutual benefit of the antecedents showed the positive influence to the process integration, but it was not statistically significant. In the other hand, SCM activities positively influence to financial and operational performance and those were statistically significant. Therefore, the company should pay attention to the fact that companies need to conduct SCM activities by sharing goals and mutual benefit as a prerequisite among supply chains and through implementing it, financial and operational performance can be improved.
