국문 초록

글로벌 콜드체인시장은 경제성장으로 인한 소득수준 향상, 냉동·냉장기술력 증진 등으로 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 소득수준 증가 및 소비자의 고신선도, 고품질 식품에 대한 선호도가 급격하게 높아지는 현상이 일본을 시발점으로 한국 그리고 최대의 시장인 중국에서도 나타나고 있다. 이에 아시아 시장의 성장 및 중산층의 급증, 교역환경 개선 등으로 아시아 중심의 콜드체인시장 부상이 예상되고 있으며, 기업과 국가경쟁력을 향상시키는데 있어서 콜드체인 물류거점이 핵심으로 부각되어지고 중요성이 증가되고 있다. 본 연구는 AHP기법을 통해 글로벌 콜드체인 물류허브 입지선정요인에 대한 선호도 파악을 목적으로 하였다. 콜드체인 관련 전문가들의 의견과 선행연구를 통해 콜드체인 물류허브 입지선정 요인을 도출하였다. 그 결과 ʻ시장요인ʼ, ʻ물류요인ʼ, ʻ정책요인ʼ, ʻ리스크요인ʼ순으로 나타났으며, 시장요인 중 콜드체인 시장매력도, 물류요인 중에는 물류비가, 정책요인 중에는 FTA 및 무역이, 리스크요인 중에는 Business의 가중치가 제일 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 처음으로 글로벌 콜드체인 물류허브 입지선정요인에 있어서 시장요인이 매우 중요하다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 이에 현실적인 글로벌 콜드체인 물류허브 거점이 되기 위해서는 그동안 전통적으로 중요하게 여겨왔던 물류요인과 더불어 시장요인에 대한 우선적 검토가 필요함을 의미한다.

영문 초록

The global cold chain market is growing rapidly due to economic growth, income growth and technological advancement. With increasing income levels, consumers preference for fresh foods has risen sharply in starting with Japan and Korea and the largest Chinese market. Growth in expected to increase in Asia, the rise of middle until class rise of Asian Center of Cold Chain Market. In improving corporate and national competitiveness, Cold-Chain logistics have become increasingly important logistics center and increasingly important. The purpose of this study is to identify the preferences of the Global Cold-Chain logistics hub Locational selection as Technique of AHP. Based on the opinions of cold-chain related experts and pre-technology experts, the Cold-Chain Logistics hub location selection drew a conclusion. As a result, it appeared in the Market Factorsʼ, Logistics Factorʼ, Policy Factorsʼ and Risk Factorsʼ. Among the market factors, cold chain market attractiveness, logistics factors logistics cost, policy factors FTA and trade, and business risk among the risk factors It is the highest. The study find that the market factors are very important for the location of global cold-chain logistics hub Locational selection for the first time. As a result, In order to become a realistic global cold-chain logistics hub, it is necessary to prioritize the importance of market factors, along with logistical factors that have traditionally been considered important.
