DEMATEL을 이용한 민간경비제도 문제점의 구조화 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 DEMATEL 기법을 활용하여 현행 민간경비제도의 구조적 모순점과 확장되고 있는 오늘날의 민간경비영역에 효율적으로 대응하기 위한 민간경비시스템의 제도적 구축방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 오늘날 민간경비제도의 역할이 점차 증대됨에 따라 민간경비제도의 문제점과 이에 대한 개선을 위한 새로운 접근방식(new method)으로 DEMATEL 기법이 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 현행 민간경비제도의 문제점을 구조화(structuring)하기 위한 경비원의 직무교육의 등 총 13개의 요인을 추출하였다. 분석결과, 종합적 강도와 원인도가 가장 높은 것은 형식적이고 비현실적인 경비원 직무교육, 신변보호업무 수행 경비원 긴급배치 시 사전배치신고의 비현실성, 경비원 자격제도 미비 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제요 인을 우선적으로 관리 및 강화함으로서 향후 민간경비제도의 원활한 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 현행 민간경비제도가 안고 있는 법ㆍ실무 적 문제들의 전체 구조를 파악하고, 문제발생의 원인 및 본질을 규명하기 위한 단초를 마련하고 이에 대응하는데 기여할 것으로 본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest the systematic construction of the private security system to effectively cope with the structural contradictions of the current private security system and the expanding private security area using the DEMATEL method. As the role of the private security system gradually increases, the DEMATEL method is useful as a new method to solve the problems of the private security system and to improve it. In this study, we extracted 13 factors including the job training of the security guards to structurize the problems of the current private security system. As a result of analysis, the most comprehensive strength and cause were the formal and unrealistic security guards job training, the security of the personal safety work. By managing and strengthening these problem factors in the first place, it will be able to induce smooth promotion of the private security system in the future. It will contribute to understanding the overall structure of the legal and practical problems of the current private security system and to establishing a basis for tracking the mechanism and nature of problem occurrence and responding to them.
