중등교원양성기관 학생의 임용시험대비 사교육비 실태 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 중등교원양성기관 학생의 임용시험 대비 사교육비 지출 실태를 보다 실증적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 중등교원 임용후보자 선정경쟁시험에 합격하고 대전광역시 교육청, 대구광역시 교육청, 전라북도 교육청 그리고 경상북도 교육청 등의 4개 시‧도 교육청 교원 연수원에서 직무연수를 받고 있는 신규교사 772명 중 614명을 대상으로 설문지 연구를 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 졸업 후 임용시험 합격까지 평균 4년이 소요되었으며, 1인당 총사교육비는 평균 111,010천원으로 나타났다. 총사교육비 지출 차이에서는 연령이 높고, 개인 소득이 많은 집단일수록 그리고 사립대학과 비사범계열이 더 많은 사교육비를 지출한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 재학 중 1인당 사교육비는 54,550천원, 졸업 후는 56,460천원으로 나타났다. 대학 재학 중에는 성별, 졸업연도, 대학소재지에서 유의한 차이가 나타나고 있으며, 졸업 후에는 연령별, 졸업연도, 개인소득, 대학설립유형, 임용시험준비방법과 학원등록기간에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 지출항목별 사교육비 지출 규모에서도 항목별, 집단별로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual expenditure scale practically in private education expenses(PEE) concerned with Korea secondary school teacher employment exam(KSSTEE) from the student of secondary school teacher education institution under the congestion situation of appointment new teachers placed on the waiting list. In order to achieve this purpose, this study was carried out survey with 614 appointed new teachers who was receiving new teacher training in 4 education offices 2017. The important research result is the same as the next. First, the result of this study showed that it takes normally 4 years to pass KSSTEE after graduation, and the total PEE(TPEE) per person is average 111,010,000 won to pass the KSSTEE. In the sense of TPEE until passing a teacher employment exam, the gap between after and before graduation shows that new teacher’s group with high age, large an individual income, a private University and non education college spent more private education expenses. Second, in the sense of differences in PEE during University year and after graduation, the PEE per person during University year was 54,550,000 won, and after graduation it was 56,460,000 won. There appear statistically significant differences not only in gender, year of graduation, and University location during University year, but also age, graduation year, individual income, type of University establishment, type of teacher education institution, preparation methods for the Teacher Employment Exam, and academy enrollment period after graduation. Third, the amount of spending on private education expenditure by expenditure items also shows a significant difference statistically depending on item and group.
