영문 초록

We are now living in the globalized world. Therefore, it is very important for companies to realize that they are dealing with customers from all over the world and to satisfy their needs and demands in order to survive. A lot of troubles and issues occur during the process of business management and mass production. Preventing the issues as well as solving them immediately are important. Companies are looking for various ways to solve these problems. This study primarily focuses on the use of several quality-control tools for quick problem solving.
