영문 초록

Some products of the molding in the producing process are used the “Roll bendng” process Which is one of the “Roll forming” However, the part manually operated cases a waste of time, materials, and the labor costs as the “Roll bending” is set up. Hence, the way to control the location of Roll automatically for the productivity improvement. There is the aim for the automatic system that will determine the curvature radius of molding in this thesis. We intend to present the way to control the Roll s location automatically through using the standard of moulding products by a method of computation for Rolls coordinates and generating the Roll s coordinates that are need. In spits of experiment to get the Roll s coordinates with the suitable data, the data of the actual products didn t match with the data generated. So we put a different length of a arc to the test again to trace the error. As a result, we found the reason that the error has been occurred which is from the gap of ‘springback’. So we presented the theory which the springback is applied. We did re-experiment to verify this and analyzed the result
