유치원 교실 내 CCTV 설치 인식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

연구는 영유아보육시설의 CCTV설치 의무화 이후 유치원 교실 내 CCTV 설치와 관련하여 아동의 보호와 교사의 인권침해라는 대립구도에서 교사와 학부모의 CCTV 설치 찬성에 대한 인식 비교와 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하자 한다. 분석결과 교사와 학부모의 유치원 교실 내 CCTV 설치 찬성에 대하여, 교사는 교사권리와 CCTV설치에 대한 기대효과가 높을수록 CCTV 설치 찬성에 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 학부모는 아동권리1(증거확보), 아동권리2(인권), 교사권리, CCTV설치에 대한 기대효과가 CCTV 설치 찬성에 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 유치원 교실 내 CCTV 설치 찬성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 아동권리1(증거확보)과 아동권리2(인권)에 대한 인식이 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to compare the teachers’ awareness with parents’ awareness in the opposition structure of the child protection and the infringement of teacher’s human right in regard of the CCTV installation in the kindergarten classroom after installing CCTV in the childcare facility became compulsory, and to analyze factors influencing the approval for the CCTV installation. In regard of the teachers and parents’ approval for the CCTV installation in the kindergarten classroom, it was revealed that teachers had a positive(+) effect on the approval for CCTV installation if the expected effect on the teacher’s right and the CCTV installation was high. As for parents, it was revealed that the expected effect on the child right1(securing proof), child right 2(human right), teacher right, and CCTV installation had a positive(+) effect on the approval for CCTV installation. When it comes to the factors influencing the approval for CCTV installation in the kindergarten classroom, it was shown that the awareness on the child right 1(securing proof) and child right 2(human right) had a positive(+) effect.
