자산요소가 중고령가구의 가계수지에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

고령화는 인구구조 변화와 함께 국가 경제환경에 미치는 영향도 크다, 인구구조 변화는 생산가능 인구의 감소로 이어져, 노인가구에 대한 부양문제를 부각시키고 있다. 경제적 측면에서 노인가구는 근로소득의 감소로 가계 재무 관리의 어려움을 겪게 된다. 근로소득의 감소분은 공적,사적 이전소득과 함께 보유자산을 통한 소득으로 일부 보완되고 있다. 증가하는 중고령가구의 재정적 건전성 확보는 국가 경제안정에 미치는 영향도 크다. 본 연구는 중고령가구의 가계수지 건전성 여부에 따른 인구학적, 경제적요소 차이를 확인하고, 경제적요소가 가계수지 건전성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 자산요소에서 부동산자산과 부채는 가계재정수지 건전성에 음(-)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 총소득과 금융자산은 가계재정수지 건정성에 양(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 이는 가계재정수지 건전성 확보를 위해서는 보유자산의 유동화가 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

Ageing, along with changes in the population structure, has a great impact on the national economic environment. Changes in the population structure leads to a decrease in the working-age population, bringing about the problem of supporting the aged households. For the aged household, household financial management is more important due to the reduction in earned income. Decrease in earned income is somewhat supplemented by income from asset management as well as public and private transfer income. This study attempts to find out a difference in demographical and economic elements according to financial balance of middle-to old-age households and to analyze the effect of the economic element on the soundness of household financial balance. Results of analysis showed that real estate assets and debts had a negative effect on the soundness of household financial balance and that total income and financial assets had a positive effect on the soundness of household financial balance. This suggests that the liquid asset is important to secure the soundness of household financial balance.
