아동의 우유 교육을 위한 우유 교재 개발 및 적용 효과Ⅰ

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 유아와 초등학교 아동의 우유에 대한 이해 및 섭취 습관 형성에 기여하고 교사들의 우유 교육의 수월성을 높이고자 아동들의 인지 수준을 고려한 우유 교과서 및 지도서를 개발하고 이에 대한 평가를 실시하였으며 그 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 우유 교육의 내용체제는 대영역, 중영역, 소영역으로 분류하여 대영역은 ‘우유의 영양과 건강관리’ ‘우유의 식품 특성 및 조리’ ‘우유와 생활환경’의 세 영역이었고 대영역은 각 2개의 중영역으로, 중영역은 각각 2~3개의 소영역으로 분류하여 전체 14개의 소영역으로 분류하였으며 소영역별로 학습목표와 학습내용을 개발하였다. 우유 교과서는 영역별․학교급별 학습목표 및 학습내용에 따라 학교급별로 단원편성 체제를 10개의 주제화 단원으로 구성하여 개발하였다. 우유 지도서는 총론과 지도의 실제로 나누었고 지도의 실제는 총 12차시의 단원별로 학습지도안과 내용연구로 구성하였다. 우유 교과서에 대한학생들의 평가 결과, 유치원생은 전반적으로 보통 이상, 초등학생은 저학년과 고학년 모두 대해 매우 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 우유 교과서의 학습활동 중 유치원생은 만들기, 게임 등의 문제풀이, 초등학교저학년생은 우유 디자인 및 만들기, 우유 공부, 고학년생은 그림이나 만화, 마인드 맵 만들기의 순으로 흥미 있어 하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 우유 교재는 학생들로 하여금 학교 교과 수업, 우유급식 및 학교급식과 연계하여 우유에 대한 바른 이해와 긍정적인 인식을 제고할 수 있는 흥미로운 학 습 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며 교사들에게는 활동중심의 체계화된 교수․학습 자료로 각 교과교육 내에서의 질 높은 우유 교육을 가능하게 할 것으로 여겨진다.

영문 초록

This study was to develop the textbooks and teacher s guidebooks for milk education, in order that children can understand the milk s values and get into a habits of drinking milk, and teachers can teach them more easily. And we evaluated the kids and children responses to textbooks. The subjects were 66 kids, 65 low grade and 65 high grade elementary school students. The contents of milk education were divided into three categories; milk s nutrients & health management, milk s properties as a food & it s cookery, and milk & life environment. Each category was divided into two subcategories. Each subcategory was divided into 2～3 branches, totally 14 branches. Learning goals and contents were developed by branches. 10 units were developed in each textbooks. The general and teaching practices were developed in each teacher s guidebooks. Textbooks and teacher s guidebooks were developed separately for kids, low grade and high grade elementary school students. In the results of evaluating the milk textbooks, all subjects made positive responses to them. Elementary school students made more positive responses than kids. Kids had interests in making and games in the activities of textbooks, low grade elementary school students milk design & making and milk learning, and high grade elementary school students drawing & caricature and mindmap, in sequence. In conclusion, the textbooks and teacher s guidebooks for the milk education, which we developed, could be used as interested educational materials in school lessons, milk service and school foodservice for children to understand the milk s values rightly and percept them positively.
