국문 초록

在经济全球化日益加深的形势下，世界主要发达国家和新兴经济体越来越认识到教育对推动经济持 续发展的关键作用。而且，经过2008年国际金融危机之后，目前世界各国把推行教育改革和增加教 育投资作为促使经济保持稳定增长的重要手段。中国作为一个发展中国家，中国教育与发达国家教育 相比较，却是存在一些困难和问题。如经费投入相对不足，教育事业发展欠缺公平，各级教育的城 乡、地区之间差异大等问题。教育发展与教育失衡，主要是教育经费投入的矛盾问题。本文从中国教 育发展现状介绍入手，对国家财政性教育经费投入的规模与结构进行分析。在此基础上，围绕着近年 中国高等教育学杂费以及义务教育均等化问题，进行实证分析，得出结论。

영문 초록

With economic globalization deepening, the majority of the developed countries of the world and emerging economies are increasingly recognizing the key role of education in promoting sustainable economic development. Furthermore, after the 2008 international financial crisis, many countries in the world consider promoting education reform and increasing education investment as an important means to keep the economy stable growth. Compared with the education of the developed countries, some difficult and problems exist in China’s education, such as the relatively lack of funding, lack of equitable development of education at all levels of education, urban and rural, large differences between regions and other issues. Education development and Education imbalance, mainly contradiction question of education funding. This article has analyzed the investment scale and structure of national financial education funds, according to Chinese current education development. Afterwards, the article has made an empirical analysis of recent tuition and fees and compulsory educational equalization of college in China, finally has come to the conclusion.
