중소기업의 신용평가에 관한 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 중소기업의 재무정보가 당해기업의 자산상태나 경영실적을 올바르게 나타내는데 한계가 있고, 특히 외부감사를 받는 일정자산규모 이상의 법인기업보다 개인기업, 소규모 법인중소기업은 재무정보에 의한 위험측정이 현실적 한계가 있다는 것을 알았다. 때문에 최근 신용평가 시에 재무정보뿐만 아니라 비재무정보 즉 질적요인에 의한 중요성을 선행연구로 확인하였고, 이를 연구하는 추세가 급격히 늘고 있으며 시급히 해결해야하는 문제로도 대두 되었다. 여기에 바젤Ⅱ도입에 따라 국내 금융기관의 중소기업신용평가에 변화가 예상되고 있어 위험측정의 확실한 기준 선정으로 등급의 객관성평가가 확립되지 못할 경우 금융기관 뿐만 아니고 중소기업들도 엄청난 파장을 일으킬 수 있다는 것을 확인 하였다.

영문 초록

This Study found that the financial information of small and medium enterprises has a limitation in showing the company s assets or management performance properly. And the study revealed that individual companies and small－sized corporate small & medium companies have a limitation in measuring risks by their financial information comparing with corporate enterprise with over a certain size of assets which should receive outside audit. So, in conducting a recent credit evaluation, Ⅰ first reviewed financial information as well as non－financial information, that is, importance of qualitative factors as a prior study. This tends to be sharply increasing and emerges as an issue to be urgently solved. Further, due to an introduction of the Basel Ⅱ Agreement, it is expected that a change would be likely to occur in evaluating small and medium enterprises by the domestic banks. As a result, if the objectivity evaluation for the grades of small and medium enterprises is not established as a selection of a clear criterion for risk measurement a grade, both financial institutions and small and medium enterprises would cause a huge riffle effect.
