세무회계전공자들의 수업만족도

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 전문대학 세무회계전공자들의 심리적 요인이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였으며, 이를 위하여 3개 전문대학의 세무회계전공자들을 모집단으로 선정한 후, 이 연구대상들로부터 수집된 설문지를 근거로 하여 추진되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세무회계전공자의 심리적 요인에는 정열성과 소극불안성에서 전공별로 유의적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 강의실환경 만족과 과제 및 시험 만족 요인은 1%수준에서 전공별로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세무회계전공자의 심리적 요인(정열성, 소극불안성, 온정성, 성실근면성)을 독립변수로, 세무회계수업만족도(교재, 수업성격, 수업방법, 강의실 환경, 과제 및 시험, 학생평가)를 종속변수로 분석한 결과, 수업만족도 중 교재만족도에서 계수값의 통계적인 유의성은 정열성, 온정성, 성실근면성 모두 양(＋)의 값을 보이고 있으며, 통계적으로도 유의적인 것을 보이고 있다. 수업만족도 중 수업성격만족도에서는 계수값의 통계적 유의도가 소극불안성을 제외한 모든 심리적 요인에서 유의적이지 못한 것 으로 나타나고 있다. 수업만족도 중 수업방법만족도에서는 계수값의 통계적 유의성이 소극불안성, 온정성이 유의적으로 나타나고 있다. 그리고, 수업만족도 중 강의실 환경만족도에서 계수값의 유의도는 소극불안성, 성실근면성에서 유의적으로 나타나고 있다. 수업만족도 중 과제 및 시험만족도에서 온정성과 성실근면성은 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 수업만족도 중 학생평가 만족도에서 통계적 유의성은 정열성과 성실근면성이 유의적인 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to find out the influence of psychological factors on the class satisfaction of students majoring in tax accounting at junior college. Students who major in tax accounting at 3 different junior colleges were selected as participants and questionnaires were distributed to and collected from the students. The results of this study were as follow； First, there are significant differences in passion and negative anxiety among psychological factors of students according to their majors. Second, there are significant differences by 1% in satisfaction on lecture rooms, tasks, and exams among class satisfaction according to their majors. Third, psychological factors were put to a independent variable and satisfaction on tax accounting class was put to dependent variables, and then the data were analyzed. Coefficient β was positive (＋) in passion, paternalism, and diligence in satisfaction on teaching material among class satisfaction, and the results were statistically meaningful. Coefficient β was negative in satisfaction on class characteristics among class satisfaction in every psychological factors except negative anxiety. Coefficient β was negative in negative anxiety and paternalism in satisfaction on teaching method among class satisfaction. Coefficient β was positive in negative anxiety and diligence in satisfaction on lecture room among class satisfaction. Coefficient β was positive in paternalism and diligence in satisfaction on tasks and exams among class satisfaction. Coefficient β was positive in passion and diligence in satisfaction on evaluation among class satisfaction.
