지적기준점에 대한 GNSS 정지측량에 있어서 관측조건의 변화에 따른 위치정확도 분석

국문 초록

지적분야의 세계측지계 준비는 크게 지적기준점과 지적도면 분야로 나누어 진행되고 있으며 2021년 부터는 관련법에 따라 지적분야에서도 전면적인 세계측지계가 시행되어야 한다. 지적재조사사업은 세계측지계를 준비하는 중요한 사업이 되고 있으며 GNSS 측량은 세계측지계를 준비하는 중요한 측량방 법이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대구시의 지적기준점을 대상으로 기선거리 및 고정점수 그리고 관측시 간을 변화시켜 가면서 다양한 환경에서 GNSS 측량을 실시하고, 지적기준점에 대한 GNSS 정지측량에 있어서 관측조건의 변화에 따른 위치정확도를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과 지적기준점의 경우 기지점세 점 이상을 고정하여 위성데이터를 해석하면 30km이내의 기선거리에서 1.5cm 이하의 위치정확도를 확보할 수 있으며, 네 시간 관측의 경우 안정적으로 위치오차가 1.0cm 이하로 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Preparation for the World Geodetic System in Cadastrae field is progressing largely divided into cadastral control point and cadastral map. Since 2021 according to the laws it should be enforced in an all-out World Geodetic System in Cadastrae field. Cadastral re-survey project is reviewed the important work of preparing the World Geodetic System and GNSS survey has become an important way to prepare for the World Geodetic System. In this study, by varying the baseline distance and fixed-point and observation time for the cadastral control points in Daegu, GNSS surveying was accomplished in a variety of environments, and then it was analyzed the positioning accuracy due to changes in observation conditions in the GNSS Static surveying on cadastral control point. It was found through the eesearch results that it is ensured the accuracy of less than 1.5cm within a baseline distance of 30km if the more than three points among the given points is fixed. And, it is ensured the accuracy of less than 1.0cm if four hours observation time is occupied in the GNSS static surveying for the cadastral control points.
