도시 상업업종의 공간집적과 보행량의 영향관계 분석 - 사업체 특성을 중심으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구는 가로의 활력과 연관된 상업업종을 사업체 특성별로 분류하여 보행량(주중 및 주말)과의 상관성 및 우선순위를 실증분석 하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 CART분석을 이용하여 상업업종을 사업체 특성별로 유형구분하고, 사업체의 특성별 상업업종의 공간집적이 보행량 증진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 PLS 회귀분석을 이용하여 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과, 상업업종의 사업체 특성 중‘소상 공인(1인이하 법인)’, ‘소상공인(1인이하 자영업)’, ‘소상공인(2인 법인)’,을 제외한 5개의 변수가 유의하게 도출되었다. 또한 상업업종의 단순한 공간집적 뿐 아니라 종사자 규모와 법인 유무 등 상업업종의 사업체 특성 차이에 따라 가로공간의 보행활성화에 영향을 주는 상대적 우선순위가 다르다는 것을 확인할수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study aims to classify commercial sector relating to street vitality by business characteristic and analyze priority and influence relationship with pedestrian volume (weekdays and weekend). For this, this study classified type by commercial sector by business characteristic in use of CART analysis and did empirical analysis in use of PLS regression analysis in order to figure out how spatial agglomeration of commercial sector by business characteristic influences on increase of pedestrian volume. As a result of the analysis, among business characteristic of commercial sector, 5 variables except small business (less than one man corporation) , small business (less than one man private business) and small business (two man corporation) were significantly emerged. Also, we may find out that relative priority influencing on street spatial pedestrian activation is different by business characteristic of commercial sector such as spatial agglomeration of commercial sector, employment scale, and corporation status.
