국문 초록

정부의 공공데이터 제공 정책으로 인하여 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 데이터들을 행정자치부에서 구축 하고 있는 공공데이터 포털 및 기관 홈페이지를 통해 등록 공개하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현행 지적분 야에서 생성되는 공공데이터의 공개 및 활용 현황에 대한 문제점을 조사 검토하고 이를 기반으로 이용 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공공데이터와 지적분야 공공데이터에 대한 등록 및 활용 현황에 대해 조사하고 이에 대한 문제점으로 지적공공데이터의 공개 항목의 제한, 공개 기준 마련의 미비 등을 도출하였다. 문제점의 개선하고 지적분야 공공데이터의 이용 활성화 방안으로서 공개 및 비공개 기준의 마련, 공공데이터의 확대 공개, 지적데이터와 관련 공공데이터의 융 복합 주제도 구축의 확대, 기관 홈페이지를 통한 상시 조사 체계 구축 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Due to the government policy to provide the public data of the government, each data possessed by each government agency has been made public on the public portal sites-established and operated by Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs-and the official web sites of the relevant agencies. This study is to investigate the problems on the current use and release of the public data as well as cadastral public data in order to find out the method of usage activation. Therefore, this examined the number of both data that has been released and used so far; as a result, it reveals that the problems are attributed to the limit on the items to open and the incomplete standard of choosing released items. To tackle these problems and promote the use of the public data in the cadastral field, several alternatives are suggested such as establishing robust standards for selecting items to release; expanding the way of releasing the public data and establishing the convergence thematic map of cadastral public data and related public data; building a regular monitoring system available on each agency’s official web site.
