영문 초록

District Planning Zone in existing urban, considering urban planning act. However, we have many problems in dealing with this institution, because there is not concrete criteria for station`s sphere of influence. For this, this study classified the process of establishing Detailed District Planning Zone by stages in order to do it systematically and objectively ; first, the stage of establishing First Detailed District Planning Zone and constructing D. B., second, on the basis of index of centralization, establishing specific Detailed District Planning Zone, and third, considering the development direction and circumstance condition, establishing Detailed District Planning Zone with standard index and modified index derived from the second stage. That this study is confined to Detailed District Planning Zone of station`s sphere of influence within the existing urban might be its weak point, but to present in own way the specific investigation and methods in establishing area can be said its significance.
