국문 초록

우즈베키스탄은 전통적으로 유럽과 아시아를 잇는 실크로드의 역할을 해왔으며, 현재에도 카자흐스탄, 투르크메니스탄, 키르키즈스탄, 타지키스탄 같은 중앙아시아 국가에 둘러싸여 물류의 요충지에 위치하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 그러나, 국토가 해양에 접해 있지 않은 관계로 2개 이상의 국가를 통과해야 바다로 나갈 수 있기 때문에 철도와 육상 운송 중심의 물류시스템을 가지고 있다. 그래서, 최근에는 항공물류에도 관심을 가지고 정부에서 집중적으로 투자하고 있는데, 우즈베키스탄 남부지방의 나보이같은 지역은 경제자유지역으로 지정되어 우즈베키스탄 정부가 집중투자하여 항공물류기지로 활용하고 있다. 한편, 우즈베키스탄은 많은 생필품을 수입에 의존하고 있고 많은 자원들을 수출하고 있기 때문에 정부가 물류중심적인 정책을 시행하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 2010년대 이후의 자료를 중심으로 우즈베키스탄의 물류시스템을 고찰한 후, 우즈베키스탄 기업뿐만 아니라 우리나라 기업에 주는 시사점을 탐색하고자 연구되었다. 연구의 주요 내용은 우즈베키스탄의 철도, 육상운송, 해상, 항공과 같은 수송시스템 현황과 공급사슬관리 등으로 구성되어 있다.

영문 초록

In today’s dynamic capitalistic society Uzbekistan has become the most centric figure in the Central Asia to invest in several business spheres offering fruitful opportunities. Thus, one does have to keep in mind the most crucial factor in the organization of business, supply chain management along with logistics sectors of the matter, since each industry or/else company has achieved its objectives successfully by imposing brilliant strategy of supply chain. Eventually, this report on the condition of the transportation and logistics divisions in Uzbekistan covers key measures expected to make these parts more productive and cost-aggressive. This volume will be helpful for government strategy producers, suppliers and clients of transport and logistics administrations, and different partners. Effective and cost-focused transportation and logistics segments will empower Uzbekistan not just to goad financial movement and incite social and political attachment inside of its outskirts, additionally to exploit its geological position and serve as a travel hall between the dynamic and developing economies in the East and West, in fact.
