국문 초록

SCM에 대한 기존의 연구들은 SCM 주요성공요인 파악에 관한 연구 등이 주를 이루고 있기 때문에 연구의 범위가 주로 동적특성들에 국한된다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 SCM 성과를 결정하는 중요한 요인인 정보공유, 상호의존도, 파트너십 품질변수를 도출하여, 이들 간의 상호영향관계를 모형화하고, 이들 간의 관계가 조합적 경쟁역량으로 측정된 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, SCM 도입성과는 정성적 측정방법론, 정량적 측정방법론 등을 통하여 측정되고 있지만, SCM 성과를 측정하는데 완벽한 가이드라인을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 다양한 차원에서 SCM 성과를 측정하는 노력이 필요하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SCM 도입성과를 제품품질, 인도속도, 프로세스 유연성, 가격리더십 측면에서 측정하는 방법인 조합적 경쟁역량 측면에서 측정하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보공유는 파트너십 품질 및 조합적 경쟁역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 정보공유는 파트너십 품질을 통해서도 조합적 경쟁역량에 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상호의존도 역시 파트너십 품질 및 조합적 경쟁역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 상호의존도는 파트너십 품질을 통해서도 조합적 경쟁역량에 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 파트너십 품질 또한 성과변수인 조합적 경쟁역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The existing research of SCM is dominated by research of understanding major success factors, therefore, research on models that describe SCM performance is needed. Therefore, objective of this study is to derive SC dynamic characteristic, SC static characteristic and partnership characteristic, modelize the mutual influential relationship between them, and look into the influential relationship influencing the SCM performance. Moreover, the current SCM performance is being measured through financial researches, non-financial researches on SCM performance measurement are not sufficiently reviewed as each of the methodologies have limitations. There, SCM performance is to be measured in the Combinative Capabilities in this research. In this study, Combinative Capabilities was divided into four categories: product quality, delivery speed, process flexibility, price leadership. The four factors examined in this study include Information Sharing, Mutual Dependency, Partnership Quality, Combinative Capabilities. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, information sharing had a significant impact on partnership quality, combinative capabilities.. Also, information sharing had indirect impact on combinative capabilities through partnership quality. Secondly, mutual dependency also had a significant impact on partnership quality, combinative capabilities. Also, mutual dependency had indirect impact on combinative capabilities through partnership quality. Lastly, partnership quality also had a significant impact on combinative capabilities.
