국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미술치료가 한부모가정 아동의 자기표현 및 자아 존중감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 C시에 소재한 바우처 선정기관 연구소를 이용한 한부모가정의 초등학교 3학년 3명의 아동을 선정하였다. 연구대상에게 실시한 미술치료 프 로그램은 자기표현의 기회와 자아 존중감을 향상시킬 수 있는 목표로 진행하였다. 연구기간은 2014년 4월부터 2014년 10월까지이고, 프로그램은 주 1회씩 실시하였으며 총 18회기를 진행하였다. 측정도구는 ‘자기표현’, ‘자아 존중감‘ 척도검사와 K -HTP (Kinetic- House, Tree,Person: 이하 K -HTP라 칭함) 그림 검사를 사용하였고, 미술치료의 효과를 검증하기 위해, 사전, 사후를 비교분석하였다. 연구결과 미술치료를 통해 한부모가정 아동의 자기표현과 자아 존중감이 향상되는 긍정적인 효과를 얻 을 수 있었다. 또한 K -HTP 그림검사의 결과에서도 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 가족환경에서의 안정감, 자기감정의 이해, 또래관계에서의 긍정적인 변화 등이 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to verify the effect of art therapy on self-esteem of children from single-parent families through the art therapy program which provides the opportunity to express himself, and makes him experience a positive self-esteem. Three children who are at third grade in elementary school, and under single parent's family were selected for research through selected boucher institution located in C-city, Gyeonggi-do. The research was performed once a week from April 2014 to October 2014, and it was conducted 18 times. The research tool was ‘self-expression', ’self-esteem' scale test and K-HTP figure test. To v erify the effect of art therapy, both pre-test and post-test of self-expression test, self-esteem test, and K-HTP test were compared and analyzed. The total score which means single parent's child's positive self-expression and reduction of negative self-expression was improved, and positive effect of self-esteem appeared during art therapy in this research. Also, stability in the family environment, self-understanding of the emotions, changes in peer relationships appeared in K-HTP figure test after art therapy.
