분리개별화과정 중심의 모-자 미술치료가 양육행동과 아동 불안에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 마가렛 말러의 분리개별화과정 중심의 모-자 미술치료 프로그램이 양육행동 과 아동의 불안에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 만 40세의 어머니와 분 리불안 행동을 보이는 만 9세의 남자 아동이다. 연구기간은 2011년 4월부터 2011년 10월까 지이며, 주 1회씩, 회기 당 60분으로 총16회기를 실시하였다. 연구 평가도구는 양육행동 척도와 소아 · 청소년 불안 척도를 사용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 분리개별화과정 중심의 모-자 미 술치료는 한계설정, 거부 및 방임, 과보호 및 허용의 영역에서 양육행동을 감소시키고 온정 및 격려의 영역에서의 양육행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 분리개별화과정 중심의 모-자 미술치료는 아동의 걱정 및 두려움, 분노 및 충동, 소외 및 불행, 신체 및 생리적 표출의 영역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 말러의 분리개별화과정을 중심의 모-자 미술치료는 양육행동과 아동의 불안에 효과적인 프로그램임을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed to examine the effect of mother-son art therapy program focused on Margaret Mahler’s separation- individuation on parenting behavior and the anxiety of a child. The subjects of the study were a 40 year old mother and a nine year old boy who showed a separation anxiety behavior. The study was conducted by 16 sessions in total, 60 minutes a session from Apr, 2011 to Oct, 2011. The study was conducted by 16 sessions in total, 60 minutes a session from Apr, 2011 to Oct, 2011. As a result, mother-son art therapy focused on separation- individuation reduced parenting behavior in the realms of limit set-up, rejection and neglect, overprotection and allowance, and had a positive effect on the parenting behavior in the realms of compassion and encouragement. Second, mother-son art therapy focused on separation- individuation showed a significant difference in the realms of the anxiety and fear, anger and impulse, alienation and unhappiness, physical and physiological expression of the child. Therefore, it was found out that mother-son art therapy focused on Margaret Mahler’s separation- individuation was an effective program to parenting behavior and the anxiety of a child.
