후기 청소년의 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 요인 간 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 후기 청소년의 심리적 디스트레스와 대인관계 유능성, 사회적 지지 지각, 인지적 유연성의 구조적 관계를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 전국의 남, 녀 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하여 최종적으로 469명의 자료를 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 모든 변인은 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 디스트레스가 사회적 지지 지각과 인지적 유연성을 통해 대인관계유능성으로 가는 경로와 심리적 디스트레스가 인지적 유연성, 사회적 지지 지각을 통해 대인관계유능성으로 가는 경로는 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인지적 유연성과 사회적 지지 지각이 심리적 디스트레스와 대인관계유능성의 관계를 매개하였다. 셋째, 주요 변인들 간 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 단순매개효과 및 순차적 매개효과가 유의함을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 후기 청소년의 심리적 디스트레스를 감소시키고 대인관계유능성을 향상시키기 위한 방법을 사회적 지지 지각과 인지적 유연성의 측면에서 모색하는 것이 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between psychological distress, interpersonal relationship competency, social support perception, and cognitive flexibility of late adolescents. To this end, an online survey was conducted on male and female college students nationwide, and the structural relationship of the data of 469 people was finally analyzed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that all variables had statistically significant correlation. Second, it was found that both the path of psychological distress to interpersonal relationship competency through social support perception and cognitive flexibility, and the path to interpersonal relationship competency through cognitive flexibility and social support perception were significant. Third, as a result of verifying the mediating effect between the main variables, it was confirmed that the simple mediating effect and the sequential mediating effect were significant. Based on the research results, it was suggested that there is a need to find a way to reduce psychological distress and improve interpersonal relationship competency in terms of social support perception and cognitive flexibility of late adolescents.
