영문 초록

The approach to study mentor of hotel employees typically has been undertaken in the mentor context. This study aimed to investigate whether mentor's perception affects transactionalㆍrelational psychological contract violation(PCV), perceived organizational support for hotel employees. It also examines the existent and the non-existent result moderator of employment status and duration of employment. In particular, this study was identified two sub-dimension of the psychological contract violation, transaction and relational psychological contract violation, and measure their influence on the perceive organizational support. Three principal results emerge from this study. First, mentor significantly affects transactionalㆍrelational PCV. Second, transactional PCV significantly influences perceived organizational support. Third, there is a result moderator for an employment status for full-time employees but non-existing result moderator for duration of employment.
