영문 초록

The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of three factors of employees' pay satisfaction such as the satisfaction of pay level, the satisfaction of benefit, and pay structure/administration satisfaction on the organizational commitment and perceived organizational support. As a result, contrary to the expected positive relationship, a negative relationship appeared between the satisfaction of pay level and the perceived organizational support. Also the hypothesis that the satisfaction of pay level might influence on the organizational commitment did not show significant. The hypothesis that the satisfaction of benefit, pay structure/administration satisfaction by hotel employees might influence on the perceived organizational support is not supported contrary to our expectation. Meanwhile, another hypothesis that the satisfaction of benefit might make positive influence has been approved statistically. Also the hypothesis that the perceived organizational support might influence on the organizational commitment of hotel employees has shown very positive result.
