영문 초록

Nowadays our lifestyle is getting busier and busier. Therefore people are looking forward to enhance their sleep quality. So, various new products are releasing such as sleep cycle trackers or analysers. In this paper, using cheap, universal infrared sensors, also known as PIR sensors as a sleep cycle analysis system will introduced and a relationship between movement during sleep, measured by infrared ray sensor and REM sleep will verified by comparing CCTV footage and result from infrared ray sensor.
