영문 초록

Flash memory has several advantages as a next-generation storage device has attracted attention. This is not a hard disk as an auxiliary storage device, the spread of the SSD (Solid State Drive) is increasing. Flash memory, unlike hard, asymmetric, I/O, the additional deletion, showed differences in impossible given position write operations, performance improvement issues through the exchange of current disk-based buffer and it has been steadily taken over. In this paper, we propose an improved algorithm performance which can reduce the buffer exchange cost of these flash memory-based.
