영문 초록

We are now comfortable with the development of the cutting-edge technology, quality lives. However, the Safety of forest fires and earthquakes worldwide human today's technology and a barrier and as such can not succeed in holding back the progress of civilization. To prevent this disaster forecasting system in many countries to design and implement these disaster management system is bifurcating Specially, our country, have a disaster for an accident.Information transfer and communication system is not enough. In this paper, disaster or accident management system more systematically trying to convey a bit. Sns realise what currently under no circumstances, the crisscrossing the words of text mining applications, requesting disaster relief systems design and implementation.
