영문 초록

Humans are formed each culture according to the surroundings and get the satisfaction of enjoying the cultural life for that culture. In recent, smartphone penetration is over 60% of Koreans. In addition, application is developed. In this paper, web pages, and mobile content services that provide cultural activities on the Internet and smart phones were designed and implemented. Cultural life by providing information tailored to their tastes, without differences between generations, he wants to enjoy life and culture, facing a new cultural life can improve the satisfaction of human life. To this end, in the system, analysis was performed using the UML, the system was developed using ASP, web and mobile content were used as HTML5 and Java Script language.
