영문 초록

This paper intends to study the main contents of the new ISBP 745 such as general principles, required documents including commercial invoice, transport document, insurance document, bill of exchange and certificate of origin, and practical attention. Results show that there are main changes such as dates, language and non-documentary conditions in general principles. Second, there are major revisions such as description of the goods, services or performance and other general issues related to invoices and instalment drawings or shipments in invoices. Third, there are primary differences observed such as the application of UCP 600 Art. 19, issuance, place of final destination, port of discharge or airport of destination in multimodal transport document. Fourth, there are other major changes such as with respect to the issuer, signing the original copy of an insurance document, dates and amount of cover and percentage in insurance document. Fifth, there are main changes such as drawing and signing amounts in drafts. Sixth, there are also differences in basic requirements and fulfilling its function and content of a certificate of origin
