국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 효능감과 관련변인인 정서지능, 동료교사 협력관계 그리고 부모-교사 협력관계 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 표집대상은 전라북도에 소재하는 유아교사 300명을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 유아교사의 정서지능은 동료교사 협력관계, 부모-교사 협력관계를 매개로 하여 유아교사 효능감에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동료교사 협력관계 및 부모-교사 협력관계는 유아교사 효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 유아교사 효능감에 영향을 주는 관련 변인의 전체효과는 교사 정서지능, 부모-교사 협력관계, 동료교사 협력관계 순으로 나타났다. 즉, 유아교사효능감 증진에 동료교사와 부모-교사 간 협력관계가 직접적인 영향을 주므로 동료 간 협력과 부모-교사 간 협력을 도모할 수 있는 교사연수 및 다양한 프로그램 개발이 이루어질 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among child teacher' emotional intelligence, cooperative relationship between co-teachers, and parent-teacher cooperative relationship. The data was collected with 300 child teachers in Jeollabukdo. The data was analyzed using AMOS 18.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was shown that early childhood teachers' emotional intelligence had indirect effects on early childhood teachers' efficacy, using co-teachers' cooperative relationship and parent-teacher cooperative relationship as a vehicle. Second, it was shown that co-teachers' cooperative relationship and parent-teacher cooperative relationship had direct effects on early childhood teachers' efficacy. And early childhood teachers' efficacy was most affected by teacher's emotional intelligence, followed by parent-teacher cooperative relationship, and co-teachers' cooperative relationship. Since cooperative relationships between co-teachers and between parents and teachers have direct effects on improving early childhood teachers' efficacy, it is necessary to develop various programs including teacher training to promote co-teachers' cooperation and parent-teacher cooperation.
